CNC Mill/Turn Setup & Prove-Out Specialist — Aerospace is an onsite role in Indianapolis, IN. Pay is $27–$34 per hour, plus shift differential; all shifts are available. PDS Tech supports aerospace manufacturing work involving mission-critical components. The specialist sets up complex CNC mill/turn work and safely validates programs before production. Accurate setups, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering and programming help maintain tight tolerances, quality, and on-time delivery.

What you'll do

• Set up large Mazak 5-axis mill/turn centers
• machine aerospace parts in titanium, Inconel, stainless, and other materials
• translate blueprints and routers into machining plans
• set work coordinates, tool offsets, and home positions
• prove out programs using single-block and distance-to-go
• use Haimer heat-shrink tooling and Speroni measurement systems
• troubleshoot and adjust processes
• collaborate on new product introduction and process optimization
• follow aerospace quality and safety procedures
• maintain an organized work area.
