What you'll do

• Welcome guests and set expectations
• document vehicle concerns and service requests
• review service history and warranty information
• explain maintenance and repair recommendations, costs, and options
• obtain authorization before additional work
• coordinate with technicians, parts, and service management
• communicate repair status and changes
• manage repair orders through completion
• review invoices and completed repairs
• explain work at delivery
• schedule recommended follow-up service when appropriate
• maintain accurate dealership records
• and handle questions or concerns professionally.
