Extrusion Line Operator – Group Lead

What you'll do

• Set up and maintain one to four production lines
• change extruder screen packs
• monitor and adjust extruder and oven temperatures
• verify raw materials and additives against specifications
• check safety guards
• troubleshoot production problems
• perform minor repairs and equipment cleaning
• communicate equipment issues and write work orders
• guide machine operators
• perform housekeeping and other assigned tasks.
