What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing and shaving
• prepare meals and snacks
• accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
• perform light housekeeping
• provide hospice supportive care, medication reminders, prescribed range-of-motion assistance, blood glucose monitoring, bed-bound patient care, and incontinence care as taught by staff
• use gait belts and Hoyer lifts as needed.
