What you'll do

• Operate workover or swab rig and equipment when relieving the Rig Operator
• communicate with customers
• maintain productivity, safety, regulatory compliance, and equipment maintenance
• train and coach crew members
• perform Floor Hand or Derrick Hand duties when not relieving the operator.
