The Construction Trades Recruiter role is onsite in Carlisle, PA; compensation is not specified. The role also coordinates hiring activities and pre-employment steps, maintains recruiting records and metrics, and supports onboarding with Human Resources and Safety.

What you'll do

• Source, recruit, screen, interview, and hire construction professionals
• build candidate pipelines through field recruiting, networking, referrals, job fairs, trade schools, and community outreach
• visit job sites and partner with operations leaders on staffing needs
• coordinate interviews and hiring events
• conduct screenings and coordinate reference checks, background checks, drug testing, and DOT physicals
• support onboarding
• maintain ATS records and track recruiting metrics
• travel regularly throughout assigned territories.

Why this role
