What you'll do

• Review contract scope with estimators
• manage job-start timelines, equipment and operator allocation, materials, and project schedules
• coordinate customer service, safety programs, daily huddles, and accident procedures
• manage subcontractors, preconstruction meetings, layouts, construction, and change orders
• create pre-build shop drawings
• oversee accounts payable, job costing, labor returns, and profitability
• manage concrete work in varying weather conditions.
