What you'll do

• Provide hands-on in-home support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
• accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
• administer medications and monitor health conditions according to care plans
• maintain a safe and respectful home environment
• communicate with supervisors, family members, and care team members.
