What you'll do

• Determine specimen acceptability
• perform routine and complex technical procedures under departmental SOPs
• monitor, operate, and troubleshoot instrumentation
• make technical testing and problem-solving decisions
• prepare, test, and evaluate reagents or controls
• report accurate and timely results
• document preventive maintenance and quality control
• replenish bench supplies
• assist with specimen processing
• maintain a safe work environment and use PPE
• perform patient testing in hematology, coagulation, chemistry, and urinalysis.
