What you'll do

• Own IT infrastructure, systems, support, security, vendors, and technology planning
• establish scalable IT processes and documentation
• administer and support the ERP system, integrations, access, data, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• provide day-to-day hardware, software, connectivity, and user support
• manage networks, cloud services, backups, updates, cybersecurity, assets, procurement, and licensing
• lead IT projects and partner with business functions and external providers.
