Janicki Industries designs and builds structures, tooling, and systems for aerospace, space, defense, marine, and architecture industries. The Program Manager leads project execution across customer accounts and supports product development, business systems optimization, and strategic initiatives. The role coordinates teams and improves workflows to align complex engineering and manufacturing programs with company goals.

What you'll do

• Allocate Project Manager resources
• lead temporary cross-functional teams and oversee customer management
• conduct risk assessments and improve operational processes
• plan projects using departmental scheduling and execution tools
• improve products, processes, and procedures
• mentor Project Managers and conduct performance reviews
• support sales and customer relationships
• apply metallic production knowledge to production readiness and technical bottlenecks
• identify manufacturing innovation and process-streamlining opportunities.
