The role supports membership growth, enrollment, retention, and patient satisfaction through events, presentations, follow-up, and organized lead management.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with seniors, community organizations, healthcare partners, local businesses, agents, brokers, and referral sources.
• Conduct outreach and participate in community events, health fairs, and educational presentations.
• Schedule meetings, use Salesforce and other sales tools to track leads and interactions, maintain activity records, plan target-market outreach, support marketing and re-engagement efforts, and assist with patient concerns.
