Avionics Supervisor

The Avionics Supervisor role is onsite at Fargo Jet Center in Fargo, ND, with pay of $40–$46 per hour. The supervisor reports to the Maintenance Manager and leads the avionics team supporting general aviation and corporate aircraft. The role combines team leadership with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of aircraft avionics and electrical systems. It supports safe, compliant repair operations and effective coordination of work across departments and with customers.

What you'll do

• Supervise, lead, and mentor the avionics team
• coordinate daily departmental operations and interdepartmental communication
• install, maintain, and troubleshoot aircraft avionics and electrical systems under manufacturer specifications and FAA guidelines
• coordinate work schedules with the Maintenance Manager
• communicate with customers about work orders and services
• complete required checklists, forms, and reports
• follow safety rules and repair-facility procedures.

Why this role

Requires a two-year college, university, or technical-school degree or certificate in avionics maintenance or electronics, or equivalent experience; 8–10 years of general aviation or corporate aircraft experience and supervisory experience; FCC General Radiotelephone License.
