The Instrumentation Technician role is an onsite position based in Verona Beach, NY. This role supports the Consolidated Precision Products facility, which manufactures highly-engineered components for the aerospace and defense markets. The role exists to ensure the accuracy and reliability of manufacturing control and monitoring devices. The technician is responsible for testing, calibrating, installing, and repairing instrumentation to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Calibrate equipment
• oversee calibration vendors
• perform NIST-traceable calibration
• analyze and repair instrumentation abnormalities
• support maintenance with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting
• maintain leak detectors
• install new instrumentation
• construct electronic circuits
• maintain PLC programs.
