The Preschool 1:1 Aide / Teacher’s Aide role is onsite at the Geneva site in Geneva, NY. Compensation for full- or part-time work is $16.75–$18.75 per hour; substitute pay is $16.50–$18.50 per hour. The position follows Monday–Friday program hours during the school year, including a six-week summer program, with evening work possible as duties demand. The aide supports classroom teachers and children by assisting with activities, supervision, physical care, behavior needs, classroom preparation, meals, and cleanup. What you'll do

• Assist teachers with children’s activities and non-instructional duties
• supervise children, including during busing and transitions
• assist with physical care and health-related activities
• support behavioral and management needs
• prepare classrooms and materials
• assist with meals, snacks, and cleanup
• share relevant information with teachers
• and attend meetings, workshops, and training as needed.
