Maintenance Technician — PRN

What you'll do

• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, installation, HVAC, drywall, painting, and repair work
• move furniture and equipment
• assist with grounds care as needed
• complete and log work orders
• complete unit turns within supervisor timelines
• conduct safety checks and other assigned daily duties
• maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and associates.
