What you'll do

• Answer multi-channel inquiries about loan products and provide resolution
• review loan applications for accuracy and obtain credit reports
• guide members on requested products, services, and financial matters
• explain terms, payment amounts, due dates, and interest rates
• promote products and services based on member needs
• open accounts and resolve issues.
