What you'll do

• Respond to employee questions and investigate workplace concerns
• coach managers on corrective action and performance conversations
• administer attendance and FMLA processes
• coordinate leave, accommodations, and return-to-work plans
• support benefits, workers’ compensation, and safety training
• assist recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
• maintain HRIS records and compliance
• prepare HR reports.
