Overnight Residential Assistant and Custodian Specialist

The Overnight Residential Assistant and Custodian Specialist works onsite in Rochelle Park, NJ. Pay is $22 per hour. The role helps maintain a safe, clean, and supplied residential facility by receiving and stocking deliveries, completing housekeeping, and performing basic building maintenance. It also supports agency operations while maintaining appropriate client boundaries and strict confidentiality.

What you'll do

• Receive food and household deliveries
• stock refrigerators, freezers, pantry shelves, and storage
• assemble food boxes
• remove trash and manage recycling
• clean offices, bathrooms, conference rooms, and client areas
• disinfect mattresses
• perform general housekeeping
• complete basic repairs such as changing light bulbs and unclogging fixtures
• clear exterior areas of debris
• support and train new staff as assigned
• maintain confidentiality and appropriate client boundaries.
