Asphalt Paving Operator

What you'll do

• Operate asphalt pavers, rollers, and skid steers
• adjust machine settings for material depth, width, and flow
• inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety issues
• coordinate with drivers, crew members, and supervisors
• maintain a clean work area and follow safety standards
• provide crew support and mentorship as needed.
