What you'll do

• Support the Branch Manager in achieving financial objectives
• analyze business performance and recommend operational actions
• recruit, hire, train, coach, and counsel staff
• optimize processes and customer relationships
• maintain communication across the organization
• ensure scheduled daily operations
• manage direct staff performance
• support company-policy compliance
• fill in for the Branch Manager during absences as needed
• oversee rental operations and paperwork
• communicate with sales personnel about jobs, quotes, and problems
• oversee vehicle maintenance or repair
• implement safety training and protocols
• be available 24 hours for customer needs and facility security alarm situations.
