Accounting Analyst

What you'll do

• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
• prepare monthly financial statements
• present reports and analysis to Boards of Directors
• prepare budget shells and provide budget recommendations
• reconcile bank accounts and manage disbursements
• support developer-community funding
• ensure regulatory and reporting compliance
• coordinate annual tax filings and audits with CPAs and external auditors
• maintain supporting documentation
• serve as the primary contact for HOA financial matters.
