Job overview
The Leasing Specialist is an onsite role based in Houston, TX. The pay range is $18.00 to $23.00 per hour plus commissions and bonuses. This role supports the City Park in the Heights community. This role exists to drive occupancy and deliver a WOW customer experience to residents and prospective renters. The Leasing Specialist manages the full lead-to-lease process, conducts tours, and actively markets the community to ensure high performance and resident satisfaction.
