What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop employees
• direct daily warehouse and logistics activities

• oversee Automated Guided Vehicles
• use root-cause analysis to address operational issues
• drive continuous improvement
• coordinate with operations, maintenance, quality, and plant leadership
• support food safety, employee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• coordinate deliveries, storage, and material movement.

Why this role
