What you'll do

• Lead daily facility operations with safety as the priority
• direct employees, equipment, and material flow
• monitor production, throughput, downtime, quality, and equipment availability
• coordinate tipping floor, sorting, baling, material handling, and loading
• operate equipment when qualified and needed and provide operator coverage
• work with Maintenance to reduce downtime
• lead safety and production meetings
• maintain housekeeping
• coach, train, and cross-train employees
• identify continuous improvement opportunities. Flexible hours, overtime, weekends, and additional shifts may be needed.
