What you'll do

• Assistant Managers support the Store Manager by enforcing policies and standards, scheduling mechanics and technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring timely and quality job completion, meeting customer expectations, and supporting team safety.
• Service Managers assist customers with tire selections and repair recommendations, direct workflow of mechanics and technicians, stage repair and maintenance work, communicate customer needs, and support sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
