What you'll do
- Install, start up, commission, repair, replace, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment and controls
- read mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals
- diagnose and repair operational problems
- trace wiring, piping, and controls
- obtain vendor pricing and order and track parts
- maintain vehicle, tools, inventory, work orders, and maintenance records
- assist with estimates and administrative paperwork.
