The Digital Marketing Intern works in a hybrid arrangement based in Red Moon Marketing’s Charlotte, NC, office, with 2–4 office days per week and flexibility around class schedules. The intern assists with paid social, paid search, and programmatic campaigns, analyzes performance data, drafts advertising copy, prepares reports and presentations, and researches digital advertising trends. The work provides practical exposure to campaign planning, execution, and optimization for agency clients.

What you'll do

• Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization across paid social, paid search, and programmatic platforms
• analyze campaign data and help develop recommendations
• draft basic advertising copy and create or adapt simple creative assets
• prepare presentations, reports, and project updates
• attend meetings and document follow-up tasks
• research advertising trends and digital tools
• support experiential marketing events on occasion and travel as needed for assigned projects.
