Production General Laborer — Cheese and Whey Production

What you'll do

• Work on the production line to meet daily output goals
• monitor product quality and ensure barrels and boxes are sealed and labeled
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• operate a forklift safely
• record production data
• load and unload trucks
• perform minor equipment maintenance
• use a scan gun
• complete cheese or whey production tasks, including filling, palletizing, cleanup, and preparing shipments.
