What you'll do

• Lead RFI/RFP processes and prepare solicitation packages with cross-functional teams
• facilitate pre-bid meetings and bidder communications
• coordinate bid evaluation and analysis
• lead bid review meetings and present award recommendations
• negotiate with contractors and suppliers
• identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
• draft, redline, and negotiate terms with Legal and other departments
• maintain contract templates and negotiation materials
• coordinate contract execution
• qualify and onboard vendors
• manage supplier performance through scorecards and business reviews.
