Composite Sample Preparation Technician

What you'll do

• Prepare composite samples, including grinding and polishing
• prepare samples for and conduct scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and optical profilometry analysis
• provide general laboratory support and housekeeping
• follow employee health and safety requirements
• perform quality control of scaled synthesized materials
• produce technical written reports.
