What you'll do

• Serve as Engineer of Record on dedicated projects
• lead coordination meetings and staff
• participate in budgeting, scheduling, and staff management
• establish design standards, specifications, and criteria
• supervise reports and system-option analysis
• coordinate with other disciplines and consultants
• monitor project correspondence
• supervise construction administration, including field reports, RFIs, bulletins, and addenda
• interact with architectural teams and health system staff
• contribute to employee evaluations, technical leadership, training, and mentoring.
