Regional Operations Manager, Northeast

• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple oral surgery practices
• support practice administrators and staff
• monitor KPIs and financial performance

• coach and evaluate staff
• collaborate on regional strategic plans
• develop marketing strategies
• ensure regulatory compliance
• recruit, hire, train, and develop talent.
