What you'll do

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• document accurately and in real time in MAR/TAR
• observe residents during and after medication passes
• monitor symptoms and administer ordered symptom-relief medications
• promptly report refusals or concerns
• complete narcotic counts
• maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms
• follow infection-control and safety standards.
