What you'll do

• Enter orders from the outside sales team
• answer customer calls and follow up on orders and aftermarket service
• coordinate freight
• liaise between customers and sales and parts departments
• prepare equipment and parts quotes
• coordinate larger projects
• maintain customer contact files
• assist with proposals
• back up other inside sales team members.
