The Supervisor, Brand Strategy — Genesis role is hybrid in El Segundo, CA, with at least three days per week in the office. Annual compensation is $85,000–$95,000. The role reports to the Associate Director, Brand Media Strategy, and supports client-facing strategy work. The supervisor develops media strategy and insights that inform recommendations for the client. The role connects client objectives, data, channel investment, measurement, and cross-functional execution while guiding junior strategy team members.

What you'll do

• Develop integrated media strategies across television, streaming, digital, social, out-of-home, and emerging channels
• recommend cross-channel budget allocation
• present strategies and insights to clients and senior stakeholders
• analyze audience, competitive, marketplace, brand, and campaign data
• identify cultural and media opportunities
• collaborate with investment, analytics, and creative teams
• establish campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks
• manage workflow and mentor junior strategists.
