What you'll do

• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach teammates
• welcome, educate, and inspire guests using GUIDE service standards
• foster a collaborative team culture
• open and close the store as a keyholder
• support cash handling, store readiness, and daily transitions
• maintain inventory accuracy, stock organization, and visual standards
• help ensure a safe, secure, and compliant store
• share sustainability programs
• support store events and local partnerships.
