Clinician — Adult Residential Treatment Facility

The Clinician role is onsite in Media, PA, supporting adults residing in a Residential Treatment Facility. Compensation is not specified. Elwyn is a mission-driven nonprofit supporting people with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and behavioral health challenges. The clinician plans, monitors, and improves clinical services through assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team. The role also supports crisis intervention, behavioral treatment plans, and clinical reviews to address client needs and treatment goals.

What you'll do

• Assess clients’ strengths, needs, and areas for development
• develop treatment plans with clients and the treatment team
• maintain therapy progress notes
• coordinate with psychiatrists and clinical staff
• provide individual and group psychotherapy
• assist with crisis intervention and hospitalization as needed
• train team members on behavioral plans
• conduct functional behavioral analyses when necessary
• participate in managed care reviews and clinical supervision.
