What you'll do

• Greet guests and guide them through the dining experience
• explain menu items, specials, and beverage pairings
• take and enter accurate orders in the POS system
• deliver food and beverages promptly with proper presentation
• monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns
• assist team members to maintain service flow
• complete assigned opening and closing side work
• keep service areas clean
• process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests.
