What you'll do

• Identify and develop new client relationships through outside sales
• conduct insurance consultations and recommend coverage
• negotiate policy terms and premiums
• process documentation and policies and follow up with clients
• use telemarketing, social media, and community outreach
• assist with customer inquiries, policy changes, and claims
• collaborate on marketing campaigns and sales processes
• maintain confidentiality and comply with industry regulations.
