The Store Associate is a part-time, onsite role based in Hilton Head Island, SC. This role exists to assist wholesale and retail customers with their paint and coating needs. The associate is responsible for product recommendations, transaction processing, and maintaining store standards to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Follow and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain precise work order files.
• Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks.
