Conference Services Manager

What you'll do

• Lead meeting breaks, receptions, catered events, executive dining, and specialty functions
• manage, coach, and develop coordinators and hourly teams
• coordinate timelines, room setups, and event logistics
• ensure quality and consistency
• anticipate client and guest needs
• maintain relationships with clients, vendors, purveyors, and internal stakeholders
• ensure compliance with policies, food safety, sanitation, and operating procedures
• oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance
• monitor feedback and lead service recovery
• support local EMS booking tool administration and validate analytics data classifications.
