What you'll do

• Lead daily team operations and clinical oversight
• supervise, hire, train, and manage staff
• monitor client census, referrals, intakes, and transitions
• facilitate team meetings
• review clinical records and documentation
• assess clients and update treatment plans
• provide direct care or individual therapy as needed
• coordinate with service providers and natural supports
• provide rotating 24/7 on-call crisis support.
