What you'll do

• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assists with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and obtaining vital signs.
• Performs transfers, repositioning, and walking using correct techniques.
• Assists with food preparation and dining.
• Documents resident interactions and communicates changes in condition to the charge nurse.
