Job overview

The NetSuite Administrator role is onsite in Hayward, CA, with a stated annual salary range of $120,000–$145,000. The role is part of the IT department and serves as California Hydronics Corp’s primary internal NetSuite subject matter expert. The administrator maintains and improves the company’s NetSuite environment, supporting business workflows and reporting across Finance, Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and executive teams. The role partners with internal departments and third parties to keep systems, integrations, data, and user support aligned with business needs.

What you'll do

• Manage NetSuite users, roles, permissions, dashboards, security, access controls, and configuration
• build custom records, fields, forms, and workflows using SuiteBuilder and SuiteFlow
• oversee CSV imports, data integrity, and mass updates
• develop Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, reports, and KPI scorecards
• coordinate upgrades, sandbox testing, support cases, troubleshooting, and user training
• support business workflows and integrations with CRM, payroll, 3PL, and eCommerce platforms.
