Transportation Agent

The Transportation Agent role is onsite in Boston, MA, with variable hours and a minimum commitment of 20 hours per month. Compensation is $22.15 per hour. The agent helps visitors navigate the facility and manages vehicle movement around its roads, parking areas, ramps, and loading docks. What you'll do

• Direct and prioritize vehicle traffic around the facility and from Summer Street
• allocate parking for service and delivery vehicles
• maintain access for fire and safety vehicles
• direct visitors and unauthorized vehicles to appropriate entrances or parking
• greet and assist visitors
• provide directions and event information
• notify security of suspicious activity and assist with emergency procedures.
