What you'll do

• Prepare patients and document histories, vital signs, medications, allergies, treatment, and test results
• assist providers during examinations and procedures
• perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens as ordered
• perform ultrasounds
• provide pre- and post-surgical nursing care
• educate patients on post-operative instructions, contraception, and follow-up
• maintain supplies, equipment, and electronic records
• follow confidentiality and safety requirements.
