What you'll do

• Patrol the building and surrounding property
• monitor parking lots, walkways, entrances, and common areas
• maintain a visible security presence
• observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
• address unauthorized individuals and rule violations professionally
• assist tenants, customers, and property management
• document incidents and complete daily activity reports
• contact management, law enforcement, or emergency services when appropriate.
