What you'll do
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- complete biopsychosocial assessments and timely medical record documentation
- develop master treatment plans and participate in discharge planning
- participate in utilization review concurrent reviews as needed, the Family Program if needed, the clinical on-call rotation, multidisciplinary treatment team, and peer review
- provide staff in-service education as requested
- and follow facility policies, applicable laws, and CARF standards.
