What you'll do

• Manage the team’s end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, closing new business, and expanding existing accounts
• oversee route planning, pre-call planning, prospecting, and account development
• create and execute improvement roadmaps for team members
• prospect and develop accounts in open territories until handoff to a new account executive
• plan and conduct regional meetings
• review expense reports
• use Salesforce.com
• communicate local market and competitive insights to corporate teams
• uphold company policies and ethical standards.
